Posted by: Jayson 1 year, 4 months agoA woman accused of beating her baby daughter to death because she had a speech impediment blamed her former partner for the girl's fatal injuries, a court was told yesterday. Tracey Lee Smith, 24, has pleaded not guilty to the murder of her 21-month-old daughter Tiasha Cherie, who died from severe internal bleeding after she was struck 81 times.
